I tried Ultima Forever, but for some reason I doesn't evoke any Ultima feelings. Maybe it's the lack of "Thou dost" and "Thy hast" that puts me off, but it doesn't feel ultima'ish ...

Then second place that is up for grabs is the Wandering Wisp Tavern, located on the grassy plains north of Trinsic on the Felucca facet. It's a 15x15 (I think).

Follow Tay's link. Every UO client is automatically patched up to the same state. It is the account that determines what can be used, not what you installed.

The diplomatic relations change a lot in my opinion that keeping a chart might be difficult. While some stay pretty consistent, many can change on a weekly basis based off rp in-game.
