Guild forums that formerly had individual user permissions set, are now set under a blanket group, this is done so members have easier control of their own guild forums, and can add/remove their own group moderators at will. This essentially makes things cleaner and easier to manage.

For example, instead of Samon, Avature and Beowulf each having individual permissions set for MTC moderation, they are all added under a single mod group "MTC Moderators" led by Avature.
