"Change is a good thing." he thought to himself. The time had come for him to move on.
The people of Moonglow had spoken. They wanted Doireann. "Good for them." he thought.
"Let them live a life of fear. If they want to deal with the dangers involving Umbra, then let them."

He sat down and grabbed a quill. Gently, he dipped it into the ink bottle, and began writing a letter.


Avature, My Dear Friend,

Today is a sad day for Moonglow and its people. They have decided that lies, debauchery, depravity, and darkness are what they wish for their future. It turns my stomach knowing that a traitor to Honesty will lead Moonglow into the future. You could ask, "Samon, why are you leaving? Why can't you try and prevent this?". To that I say, I am just one man. One man cannot stop such things from happening. I will miss my beloved Moonglow. It has been my home since birth. It means so much to me, but alas, I am a coward. I am to scared to watch it be sucked under by a harlot and her dark skinned devil. Perhaps someday I will be able to return, but as of now, Moonglow is not my home. I hope that you can stop this tragedy from happening. I wish you the best of luck. Take care, old friend, and say farewell and goodbye to all of those great people of Moonglow.

A single tear runs down his cheek as he seals the letter. He will give it to the courier tomorrow. Tonight, he will have one last night on Moonglow soil.
