Wren Makenna grew up on the outskirts of minoc. Her family had a simple yet well providing farm. Her life was good, she grew up with loving parents. Her mothers side of the family was rather large and she was used to having lots of people around her.

With time and as she grew the cousins and aunts and uncles moved away. Nothing disastrous happened just families sometimes tend to grow apart. Wren feeling the need to strike out on her own decided that now was the time. Taking an apprenticeship with a Beastmaster in vesper she began training for a life with animals. It was also here, since he was elderly and his wife had died, that she began to cook small meals for him.

Finding that she was quite good at these two things she threw herself into a life of cooking and animal rearing. Upon his death she set off to find herself an actual job working with animals, as she tended to enjoy the companionship. She missed her large family and had hopes of finding a new group of friends to spend time with.
