*Amgine sits in the middle of Terathan Keep lost as normal, penning a letter*

Greeting Lady Kaedence;
Good evening, I do hope this finds you well. As you know I found someone who has suggested they have a sample of the volcanic ash I have been searching for. I am a little worried but he seems an alright fellow.

*He stops writing to think a moment *

Before I get too far off track I wanted to ask for your help. As I showed you on my last visit I had a small mishap with a poison. Though before it’s color was just a light green, now it appears the color is darkening and I seemed to have lost feeling in my fingertips. Normally I am not to concerned with such problems however it has made mixing a bit difficult. I was hoping you might have an idea as to what may clear this up.
I’ve sent my apprentice with a small sample of what I was working on for you to test.

I do thank you for any help you could give with this.. Also I seemed to have misplaced yet another runebook. If you happen to find it could you put it in a safe spot till our next meeting.

Greatfully yours;
Amgine Scytale.

*As he seals the letter he watches his apprentice play with twenty or so Terathan’s*

.. Stop teasing those things and take this letter to Lady Kaedence.

Carefully she added the acid in her hand to the water solution on her lab table. Just as the last drop combined she heard a slight knocking. Knowing that her new concoctions had to sit she granted herself a break to greet the visitor.

The boy gifted her with his charges and waited patiently for further instructions.. She quickly read the letter and examined the vial's substance.

"Just a moment, I will return with my reply" she told the boy.

Kaedence reached behind the counter of her shop and pulled out a piece of parchment and began to write.

Amgine,
I think it may be in your best intrest to befriend a scribe with the amount of runebooks you go through. Until then I will keep a sharp eye out for your newly lost book. Aside from that, in order to help you I need to asses the damage done. Meaning, I need to make it worse before I can make it better. Come to my lab as soon as you can and do not tarry. If you have lost your way yet again, send this child once more and I will venture to you. I certainly hope you are no stranger to pain, as you will be companions once more. Lastly, I need a complete recipie of the contents of this vial.

Kaedence

PS: Are you collecting children?

She sealed the letter with her mark and gave the boy the letter with a smile.

"Take heed, I fear we will see each other soon enough to help your benefactor." She said as he scampered off.
