Greetings all,

I am currently serving in Afghanistan but that is nearly over and will be headed home very very soon. I have heard of this community and might be interested in moving my guild to this shard. I was wondering if anyone could help us out.

First order of business will be looking for a guild to join or starting our own. Are there any guilds out there that focus more on Knights? A sort of all around self sustained group (crafters, tradesmen, citizens, warriors, and perhaps nobles) that has a focus on Knights. That is the guild I have and it would be the easiest transition to move into a guild similar to that.

If there isn't, I would be willing to start a guild and begin a new player run town with all the fixings. I have seen a map but not sure if it is up to date or. The area I am first looking is around the dungeon Wrong. I believe the spots on the map I saw are NC 7, NC 8, NC 9, and NC 10. Are these areas already claimed? Or is it possibly for us to set up shop?

If anyone knows of another area that you believe would fit us please feel free to inform me.

Ideally I would like to purchase a castle for any amount of gold (gold is not really an issue). I would also buy a Keep if no Castle is available.

Welcome to Atlantic! I hope your time in Afghan continues to go well.

The only guilds I know of at the moment with anything resembling knights are Order of Sanctus and The Guardians of Stonegate . I'm pretty sure they don't call them knights persay, but they do seem based on some kind of Honor code. You can contact the GM of either guild here on the forums, they are Talon Skyfire and Merci D'rue, respectively. You can browse the guilds that make up our community here to see if anything calls to you:

NC 7, NC 8, NC 9, and NC 10 are currently unclaimed. But, in order to claim land you must be an official guild of the ARPC. You may form your own guild and apply for membership to an admin, who will forward the application to the panel of GMs to vote approval or disapproval. I strongly recommend if you decide to go this route, form your guild, get your members seen RPing at gatherings before submitting your application. This way, most of the voting GMs have eother interacted or become aware of you. Here are the requirements for admission to the ARPC and GM senate, please also be sure to read the rules of our community:

You can try announcing in the merchant's corner what you wish to buy as far as housing goes, perhaps someone will be able to help. If you have no luck there, I recommend the Trader's Hall of Stratics.

Hiya! First off thank you and more, stay safe. Cein hit it perfectly as to how to make the transition the easiest. As far as a castle, also look at stratics and the HOT boards for one. Hey everyone,

First thank you all for the input. I have bookmarked all those sites to read upon my return. I should be home in about 7 days and will read up on those sites as well as scout areas. If it looks solid I will bring up the move to the others. Ceinwyn, I do agree with the route you suggested and planned to do just that. I just wanted to double check that area before moving into that area and then applying to be part of this community.

Zerin, I was wondering who you were but after getting the PM I now know! And yes Malidian is alive and well and its been to long without blood upon his sword! Also it is likely Marcus will be showing up around Atlantic as well and we know what kind of bloodlust he has hehe.

Kaylor, you were indeed correct!

Yasamin, what is the 'HOT' boards? I will be posting on stratics and anywhere else when I get back in town but thought I would ask on here as well.

Is there a good amount of RPvP?
Are there any alliances between guilds?
Is anyone aware how much a Keep or Castle generally sells for on the Trammel facet?

For Trammel castles, on average... I'd say starting around 500m and going up depending on location

For a Trammel keep, I'd say 100m and up

It does, thank you. That was around what I was expecting to pay. My brother who will be moving with me has some extremely rare items we will also trade. Just need to find someone willing to sell/trade now.
