[ooc] All,

I am coming back to UO after 5 years away, having played the game for about 8 years from beta on. I'm curious to see if I still like it and have time for it. Before I left I was involved in a great RP community on Great Lakes, which has all but disappeared. I've heard there is a bustling community on Atlantic, and would love to meet some of y'all and give it a shot again. I'm in the midst of a character transfer, and would be thankful to anyone that wouldn't mind spending a few minutes helping an old guy get to know some of the changes that have taken place since I've been away. I'm a healer/archer (something that used to be quite deadly back in the day....)

Welcome back, and welcome to the Atlantic Shard.

Several guilds have moved from various shards to Atlantic looking for RP, so we have an extremely active RP community here.

And.. I am confident that you will be given the opportunity to reunite with old friends, but also offered whatever help and assistance you might need/wish.

Welcome back, you have come to the right place. I have RP on both Europa and Great Lakes, Atlantic is where its at. The ARPC is a host of multi-guilds, you should be able to find your nich. I would be more then happy to set down with you and talk, answering any and all question that I can and hopefully point you in the right direction as to which guild you should look into.

there are many different types of guilds and groups here and even a few player run towns.
