The messenger returns to Willow with the reply and grumbled of the taxation. She read it with a smirk.



She replied with the following

Surely you understand, given the nature of my request, that seeing you alone would be unwise. Perhaps we can discuss this matter in neutral locations say the Salty Dogg with two men, peace tied a piece. What say you?
