The Moon over Vesper had just began rise as Darken Ruel paced back and forth at the bank in the City, all was quiet most the people had turned in for the night and wouldnt notice him about since he was dressed in black. As he paced he fumed over the answer given by the Regent not believing the guall of the man though he began to think it was only a matter of time before his demands would be met once the people of Britannia began to suffer from the plague he planned to release this night.

Two more hours pasted before the agents of Chaos had arrived in the City. They met Darken Ruel at the bank and bowed there heads not saying a word they listened to Darken Ruels instructions. They were being charged with releasing the plague within the City. There master told them the magic words that would curse the water and all the drinking supplies within the City infecting the people. He then told them to make sure they said the words excately or the plague would not work he then sent them to the four corners of the City to make sure the plague would be spread throughout the entire city. As the agents rode off Darken Ruel turn west and began to walk out of the City all the while smiling and knowing now that it was just a matter of time before those in Vesper where effected and entired the first stages of the plague. Furthermore he knew now the Regency would take his word as being true and would have to deal with his demands.
