I hope this letter finds you well. It has been to long. I can hardly wait to see you,Rolland, and this Shihan of yours. I'm sorry i wasn't there for you and Rolland when mom and pop died.
If i had known I would have been there for both of you in a heartbeat.

I also have someone in my life. her name is Mykaelah. She's everything i ever wanted in a female, beautiful, fiesty,smart, and strongwilled,but yet has a tenderness that can melt a man's heart. I thought her dad Andre would have a cow when i proposed to her in front of him and the squad. Mykae told me just a few days ago that he told her any man that had the nerve to do that was worthy of his only daughter.

We were married alittle over a year ago and were expecting our first child. the healer says its gonna be a boy,Mykae says it is a boy too cause he has a kick like a mule.I think you'd love her sis, atleast i hope you do. I hope your as happy with this Shihan as i am with my Mykae.

I'm sorry sis but its going to be a few days, if not a week before i can come visit. there was an orc attack here a few days ago an Mykae was hurt. Its not bad but the healer wants her to stay in bed a few days and i don't want to leave her. Once she's well enough i will be there.

After closeing the letter an sealing it in wax with his family ring, Draven places it on the kitchen table so when the messenger arrives in the morning he can give it to him.

Lily grumbled softly as she heard the knocking on the door,then quieted down when she heard her younger brother speaking to someone.Sitting up she rubbed her eyes then slid her feet to the floor,"Rolland who is it?,"she called down as she slid her robe on then tied it closed.

"Its a messenger Lily....,"he said causing her to pale suddenly,her thoughts going to straight to Shihan then to the Duchess,","I'll be right down Rolland..,"she said as she untied her robe and began to change into a plain gold dress with gold fur boots to match. After pinning up her hair she ran to the teleporter then reappeared and walked to her brother.

"Rolland hand me the letter then go into the money jar and retrieve some gold...,"she said then stopped a moment,"better yet..fix him some breakfast while the stable hands tend to his mount...,"she said then looked down to the letter,seeing the family seal she breathed a sigh of relief.

"Sir please follow my brother...he will see that you get a good meal and a new mount..,"she said as he nodded and followed her little brother.Moving into her small office she sat down upon the couch and opened the letter then began to read.

"Oh my...he is going to be a poppa...,"she said to herself as she replaced the letter within its envelope and took up her own pen.

Draven,

Your letter has found me exhausted but none the less well except for a crazed teacher who wishes me to...nevermind. Anyway I know you would have been here for Rolland and I so don't ever think otherwise..poppa knew I would find you one day or you would find me.

So my big brother is going to be a poppa..and to think this from the guy who hated girls. I am glad you are doing wonderful and I hope she is taking it easy,I myself have been trained as a nanny and a midwife. My duties within my guild are just that,I am the nanny/midwife to the Duchess herself.

Now as to Shihan,I do care for him alot but the two of us wish to take it slow even though we spend alot of time together. He is a strong mage,protective,handsome and very funny...I think you would like him a great deal.

A few days to a week is fine,I will make sure to tell both Shihan and Rolland of your plans but please let me know at least two in advance of your arrival so I may be home to welcome you.

Sealing the letter she stood up and moved into the kitchen where Rolland was entertaining the messenger with one of his wild stories,"Rolland enough..I believe you have chores to attend to...,"she said as he grumbled and nodded.

"Yes Lily...,"he said as she laughed softly and placed the letter in the now standing messenger's hand,"please take one of our horses and deliver this to the man you sent you...,"she said as he nodded and took the letter,"and this is for your troubles..,"she said as she placed a pouch of gold into his hand.

"Thank you m'lady..,"he said as he bowed then walked out towards the stables to get a fresh mount.

Watching him leave she smiled abit then turned to clear up the mess her little brother had made,"I do hope Rolland finds a patient woman...,"she said as she began to carry dirty plates into the messy kitchen.
