*Town cryers through out the lands stand holding an unfurled official doccument, can be heard saying*

Lords and Ladies of the Realm,

You are formally invited to the Royal Court meeting.

They will meet at 9 by the eastern skys tonight, Thursday the fifth day of January, in Luna at the Royal Court building.

All are welcome to come and observe this special occasion.

The Order of Sanctus and the Royal Court will sign a treaty to be effective tonight and long into the future.

Please come and witness the signing of this historic doccument.

*The Town Cryers repeat it many times as you pass by*
