Dear Miss Brianha Frasier

It is always a sad thing to lay a friend to rest, especially when that friend has influenced you so much. And it is never easy for us to do our job, especially since all subjects of this matter are extremely sensitive.

Vaen Swiftar was known by all in Minoc; loved and hated alike. However, upon becoming a citizen of Minoc, you go through several checks.

If you are over the age of 30, a will is required. Mr Swiftar, being the age of 31, was required to write a will.

Attached to this letter is a bag full of things Mr Swiftar has willed to different people with a small personal note attached to each item. He requested that if he were to pass on to the next life, you to be the one to hand all these out at some form of gathering.

Again, we are sorry for your loss, but hope that these things can perhaps set you and your friends to ease, knowing that Mr Swiftar was prepared, and is now in a better place.

Sincerely,
Minoc Citizens' Council

Brianha was just sitting down next to the fountain to relax from a hard day of training. She was back now and wanted to focus on her training, she needed to be strong in that at least. Her heart was still fragile and she felt the need to hide behind her physical strength and abilities. Stretching her legs in front of her and leaning back against the cool stone wall she sighed with relief as she felt the muscles in her body begin to relax. Just as she began to close her eyes a messenger appeared on her walkway. He seemed to not see her in the corner as he headed for the door. She stood and began to move toward the walkway. The young man noticed her and quickly ran over to her.

He was a quiet lad and was blushing as he was looking at her. Curious why he was blushing it hit her that she had tucked her skirt up under her belt exposing a good portion of her legs. Smiling at her foux pas she shrugged it off as she reached for the letter he held out to her. Sending the young man in to refresh himself she walked back to her bench and leaned once more against the wall as she opened the letter.

After reading the first line she felt the tears fall down her cheeks. Her heart ached when she thought of the love they had shared and that they would never again be together. She finished reading the letter and folded it gently tucking it in her belt. She stood and with heavy feet went to find the messenger inside to retrieve the bag.
