To whom it may concern,

In case you do not know who I'm, my name is Spawn. I'm the Lord Chancellor of the city of Sanctus. As you may or may not know, our government was in a state of rebuilding. Now that we are reorganized, we are opening our doors for diplomatic relations with organizations of outside nations. I shall be heading our diplomatic core until a suitable person is found. If you are interested in establishing some form of relations with our city, please respond back to this letter or see me personally in Sanctus. We also have our state dinner on the 26th of this month which you are welcomed to attend. I look forward to your immediate response. Thank you for your time and good day.
