The following document arrives at the Clerk's Office in City Hall

Roger,

Please fill out the necessary paperwork and send it down to Filing. I am granting vassalage and all responsiblities therein for three parcels of land to Ceinwyn ab'Arawn. Plots are numbers 1, 2 and 3.

Plot 1 will remain unowned and supervised by Ceinwyn. She may live there until we need to relocate her for logistical reasons. Plot 1 will remain "Governor's Estate"

Plot 2 & Plot 3. Will appoint a manager very soon. Prepare paperwork.

Hope your summer is going well. Reminder of the Ministry's summer cookout at the lake, I hope you and your family will be able to make it.
