A Messanger steps out of the Umbra Moongate holding a parcel. He looks around, never before had the boy's eyes seen the land of the dead. Looking quite nervious he sets out from the blackgate, looking for the skeleton swill. Its not long before he finds it, deserted and empty. He hands the parcel to Theobald the Tavernkeeper.
"Please give that to Master Barl." The messanger said before turning and running quickly out of the decaying landscape.
Theobald, being the man he was, wasn't above a little snooping. He decided to open it. He revealed a Moonglow Blue Cloak and Obi, both holding the Cresent Moon of Moonglow stiched into there designs. Hearing somthing he quickly put the parcel away and awaited Barl so he could deliever it.

A note hidden inside the cloak reads:

Master Barl De'Abreago

Greetings and Tidings from the Moonglow Town Council. I Think we still have a few things to discuss and think about. Please send word with a Time and date. I think we should be able to agree to meet in Moonglow.

Sincerly
Lord Fong
Mayor Elect
Moonglow Town Council.
*sealed with a cresent moon*

Barl slowly walked through Umbra, embracing the silence and darkness that greeted him. There was not much activity going on in the city, but he didn't so much care. As he passed the tavern, contemplating over his latest spell creation, someone nervously called out his name. Stopping and turning to face the direction from which his name had come, the barkeep stood with a package in hand, swallowing nervously. Holding out a hand, the barkeep ran to barl and gave him the package with a nod, returning to his station. Barl nodded once and made his way to the west end of the city and ducked into oneo f the guard houses for privacy, opening the package and looking over the clothing and the letter. Barl smirked and penned a quick responce.

Sir Fong,
Tonight I battle. Perhaps thursday eve at Eight of the eastern moon we may meet in moonglow.

-Lord Barl De'Abreago
Mayor of Moonglow
