Lord Fong sat at council headquarters when came a knock at the door. Looking up from his work he remebered he was the only one there at the moment he muttered a bit and stood. Leaving his office and steping onto the teleport pad he opend his eyes in the front hall. He answered the door to see a messanger. Accepting the letter he handed the boy a small bag of gold. Closing the door behind him we slowly walks back to his office exsamining the letter. Once seated agian he opend and read the letter. Nodding to himself he removed ink and a scroll from his desk and began to pen a response.

To Master William

Greetings and tidings to you and the phoenix from the Moonglow Town Council. I have just recieved your letter from a messanger, I hope everything is well. I will be more then happy to clarify anything that you need me to. Please, send word back with a time you would be availible. We will of course be meeting in Moonglow. I look forward to our meeting.

As he finished the letter he allowed the ink some time to dry and then calling on a messanger he sent the letter off to william.

William came back from his escape and hang out spot of Zento and returned home. When William came back A message was there waiting from him and it was a respond from Lord Fong. William kicked himself and started writing

Dear Lord Fong

Sorry I just got to your letter, I had been fooling around. Anyway I thank you for meeting with me, so we can settle somethings. I wanted to meet Wensday actually heh but that cant happen right now so how about tomorrow aat 10 eastern moon. Of course it will be in your city of Moonglow.
