Gathering opinions for an upcoming writing experiment. I want to know what era of my playing style I should use in my writing. I'm deciding between Steel's good days, the days he turned evil, or the days after his death in which I played Aras to his extent (or tried to).

Please feel free to leave comments as to why, or if there was a specific timeframe (i.e. AOF, Druid, or Navy days, etc.).

This exercise might take a while but I'll submit tidbits from it when I get something done.

Its really hard to say Steel.

When you went evil it really didn't make much sense to me because your reasons were rather...I'm gonna say...questionable. When you went evil alot of people were trying to go bad just to join the crowd, and back in those days I just thought evil was a symbol of being weak and not being strong enough to follow one's own morals.

Whenever you and I confronted each other, when you were evil, I kind of saw you as a rival more than a villain. I kind of played with the idea that we were counterparts.

I never really RP'd with Aras that much, more or less took interest in him. Steel just didn't seem like a bad person, you just wanted him to be bad. What I do think is that you should've given up with the randon guild ideas you were having awhile back and should've spaced them out through the communities timeline and such.

I'd say I liked you in ZOG the most, but only because we were rivals.

Personally?
I liked you better as Steel good. I enjoyed the roleplay and humor that you played for him. Once you turned evil the humor left. I missed that.

As a slave of the skull you made that experience one that I wanted to stay around for. I was so shocked and disapointed that when I finally began to enjoy playing my character because of your character OES disapeared. I thank you for that experience.

How about you ask which I hated least? That would be Aras, because at the very end of your run you pulled your head out of your ass and were playing a character that wasn't A) ZOMGBBQPOWER or B)there to prop your other character (example: "zomg STEEL is going mad! I am worried about STEEL! Can you help me with him!", or anything along those lines.)

Aras began to develope his own personality, and was far less annoying than evil Steel.

Steel was like a DBZ bad guy. The whole chaos power thing was really stupid and really felt like "MUAHAHAH MY POWAR LEVALLL IS HIGHARRR THAN YOURZZZ!!!", and Steel had about as much personality as any DBZ enemy.

I kinda got that vibe, and its the first thing I say about C/E: Standard 'insane' C/E characters are never interesting.

Erm yea, when Steel was good, and we had that Isil/Steel rival/hatred sh|t goin on, that was some damn good rp.

Known ya for a while man. I definatly had the most fun with The Evil steel and all that caused his introduction to me. But then again i only play that one evil dude of mine.....so....i pretty much only "could" have fun with the evil steel....leading thus to mine fondness. you are definatly a natural evil. Some of us are just evil man. but thats ok, because evil will rot you to the core. and all thats left will be good.

edit, yeah, and zog may not have survived without you. thanks again buddy, you too toren........................................come back toren.
