Greetings and Tidings to you, citizens of Moonglow. Due to the current Ophidian invasion of Papua the Council has decided to put into place an evacuation plan incase of siege. Between reading the scouting reports and visiting Papua myself. We have concluded the threat of the invasion spreading to Moonglow is great. As you know, Moonglow and Papua are connected by a portal at the Northeast corner of the island.

Only two words of power stand between us and the looming threat of the snake army. It is not a time of fear my brothers and sisters of the beloved isle, we have increase patrols of the mage shop where the teleporter is located, and are watching the progress of the Ophidians through Papua. We ask all citizens to refrain from using the teleporter unless going to fight the attack in Papua.

We expect there attack to begin at the teleporter and move quickly to the town by use of the teleportation system. This will provide little time for warning. At that point, they will be trapped in the hedge maze, this will give us the opportunity to form fighting parties.

The Elderly, women and children should seek refugee in the Lyceaum. While all able bodied men and any willing women protect there escape rout. Once in the Lyceaum the mages should provide protection. If the invasion spreads to the Lyceaum we will be moving everyone to a safer location on the island, there are other places on the isle prepared to receive refugees.

Again Brothers and Sisters of Moonglow I ask you to not fear, the Council has returned to protect you and we shall see you through this looming threat! Remember friends in this time of darkness on the horizon; when all is gone and all you see before you has washed away, it is Moonglow that will endure.
