Well it seems last night my computer died...literally died....i am currently on my older brothers laptop which I have hijacked until he comes home...which i soon....anyhow just thought i let those who know and rp me with me where i went and how i wont be on UO for a good while...So I will cya guys eventually i hope

If it's not fixable... Don't say it died, say it was sacraficed, and its computery soul has been devoured. Yeah. That sounds way cooler.

Update!!!!!!

It turns on to a blue error screen now

I used my animate dead on it......ill need a walkthrough on fixing though.....dont know what to do from here

When does it blue screen?

I know my pc used to (and still does) overheat due to the confined space, even with a TON of pc fans...

So i took the side cover off and placed a full size fan beside it, no problems since.

well it comes on after it gets turned on....maybe it is overheated ill have to double check but other than the blue screen no other progress can be made at this moment...tried so ill leave it at blue screen for now

boot to safe mode. tell us if it bluescreens then. it shouldnt.

if it doesnt:

1. open RUN and type (without quotes): "sfc /scannow" with your windows CD in. let it run its course; its searching for broken windows files and replacing them.

2. run RegSeeker (google for it) and run the entire scan fix thingy.

3. search your boot programs and services for anything unusual.

4. reinstall any drivers you may have changed recently.

these are standard fixies for bluescreens.

well the fit has hit the shan folks...i am the bearer of bad news....when i attempted to restart it did not show bluescreen..i then proceeded to check the inside of my computer...turns out my original thought has happened....the processing chip is fried....i am hoping though once my stebrother returns from his trip he will help me replace it...until then folks....good night and good luck

walmart carries CPU's now? last i looked they carried about 4 types of premade pcs, a few parts (low end) and a few monitors.
