I managed to get into a house only to find it also full of Generals of all types. Hope the guy that owns it doesn't log in ... hehe

The journal in ophidian speak needs to be brought to some Ophidian. Try checking the Ophidian Fort... I haven't checked there yet.

Report in: Minoc seems to be beaten back and freed of Ophids.
