The trumpets will announce the commencement of the Grand Regency Ball. Hear them sound beneath the eastern moon at the twentieth hour on the twentieth day of this month present.

The Regency and the Nujel’m Empire welcome the gracious gentlemen and gentle ladies of the lands to the Nujel’m Palace.
