The notices read as follows...:

The empire of Tokuno wishes travelers and visitors to the islands to be informed of changes in the laws of Tokuno.

Each island has been entrusted, either in the past or just recently, to a Shogun that will now rule that island. Isamu-Jima has been, and will remain in the care of Lord Takeda, who has now been named Shogun of Isamu-Jima by the empire of Tokuno. Homare-Jima has been entrusted to Lord Tai, and he has been named Shogun of Homare-Jima by the empire of Tokuno. The shogun of Makoto-Jima has been chosen by the empress, but has not yet been formally announced.

It is the duty of visitors and travelers to be informed on the laws of the islands that they plan to visit, as each island is fully entrusted to the laws of its shogun.

The empire wishes you a good day, and bids you welcome to the beautiful islands of Tokuno.
