So this samurai wishes to get to know me better, does he? He must be a few shy of a boatload... I really have too many things to do, without some smitten lightbringer trying to "court" me or getting to know me, getting into my way...

"You don't know what you are doing. You don't comprehend what I would ask you to do. Would you kill for me? I want you to kill for me. Kill a child. In fact, kill a Tokunese child. More specifically, one of the Empress' daughters."

As Lee stood there, speechless and trying to rationalize her, Ceinwyn smirked. She was not some person in need of saving from her ways. Had not Vaen Swiftar tried that once, already?

Since the samurai admitted that he could never commit such an act, that a child was innocent, she wanted the idea implanted more securely by ordering G'nulffrag to bring a Tokunese child to her.

G'nulffrag returned with a small child, obviously Tokunese and very poor. Dressed in rags, the child was confused and afraid of why she was there.

Ceinwyn stood behind the child, and raised a fist into the air. She brought the fist down heavily onto the waif's shoulder, forcing her to her knees. Ceinwyn stared at Lee, as he watched, trying to remain stoic and unyielding. Ceinwyn knew he did not want this to occur, but he was too stubborn to admit it. She also knew that what she was going to do next would burn into this man's conscience for the rest of his mortal life. His stubbornness would be the death of this child.

She placed both hands on the child's head, one over each ear. Ceinwyn steadied her gleaming eyes on Lee's eyes as she began to chant. She made absolutely sure he was looking when the spell of cold shattered the child's young, fragile mind. The girl dropped with a sickening thud to the floor of the garden.

He made a last attempt to try to talk to her, before he was escorted back to the city. He swore he wouldn't give up. Ceinwyn wondered how many children would meet their untimely end, before he realized what he was doing.

She also knew with certainty that the child's frightened eyes would haunt his thoughts, forever.

Lee sat at his study in Malas, trying to figure what to make of her....He had seen horrors he had only heard in tales and folklore, and the child, her eyes, the horror in them before she passed into the other realm. That vision will indeed stick with him for quite a while, as he was a man of honor. That child did not deserve her fate, but as he learned all to often, fate can be cruel, and it can change like the wind.

However, he still could not get her.....off of his mind. Her beauty haunts his dreams, ever since he layed eyes on her, he was smitten. He had to know of her, how to get closer to her, to know what she wants, what she needs. He was once part of a great Tokuno alliance, but he was now only one. He knew that going to seek her out could mean certain death for him, but he was not afraid. He had to know...he had to...

She killed that child, and everything that was good and wholesome inside of him wanted to strike her and her associates down, but he couldnt do it...he wanted to be with her, to be next to her....after the incident with the child, he asked to speak with her alone. He wanted to look into her eyes, to be closer, to peek into her soul. As he talked to her, he looked at her. She had a beauty that he had not quite seen before. Her pure white hair, her smooth blue skin, and her deep purple eyes. He was stunned how beafutiful she was, but yet he did not understand how she could be so evil. He sensed a great deal of anger in her, and he wanted to know more....Before he could get any further with her, he was was dismissed.

Taken through a moongate, they all arrived back in Umbra. She kept her barbs and insults constantly flowing at him, but he would only counter back in kindness. This clearly frustrated her, and he knew she would be tough and would not give an inch, and neither would he. He would seek her out again and he would find her....the one called Ceinwyn....
