The parchment has a gold band around it with the seal of The Royal Court of Light the relief, burgandy porcelin outlined in gold. Inside is a letter to all the heads of state of the Royal Court.

Greetings Lords and Ladies,

There will be no meeting of the Court this week. Enjoy your holiday. May you be blessed with plenty to eat and drink.
