Serena sighed softly as she sat on the couch and stared into the flames,tears streaking her face if what was said the night before happened sending Aaralynn and her cousins away was the best thing to do.

Running her hands through her hair she sat up more and looked over her shoulder at her husband's study,she could hear him behind the closed doors and shook her head as she stood up and moved over to knock gently,"love...,"she said softly as she pushed open the door and stepped inside," I am going to send Aaralynn away...if what James said happens I do not want her here...,"she said as Varlan nodded and reached out to take her hand gently.

"I agree love...perhaps her cousins will join her...,"he said as she slid her arms around his neck and looked down to him,"I plan to escort them myself to a safe location only known to us as well as James and Penny....,"she said as he laid his head on her stomach and nodded,"good idea...I will see that guards are placed with them...ones that both James and I feel will keep them safe...,"he said as she nodded and kissed the top of his head gently.

"I'll go and speak with Deidre then speak with James about gathering up Zanto and Cecilia's things...I wish to depart soon...,"she said as he nodded and squeezed her hand gently,"be careful my love...,"he said as he stood up and kissed her lips gently,"I will be love...this trip shouldn't take but a day at most...,"she said as she pulled away and moved to speak with her daughter's nanny.
