The table is set with two skull candles in the middle lighting up the shadow granite table surronded by eight chairs made of the same material as the table. In the middle of the table is an unfamiliar marking it appears to be 2 daggers forming an shape similiar to an X, over the top in red letters "RN" the letters seem to almost run together either on purpose or by a sloppy painting job, Sitting in each of the chairs except the one at the head of the table are men wearing hooded shrouds with a red band around the hood which looks like a bandana on their head. The all sit back patiently not saying a word. You can not quite see the expressions on their faces but they appear purplexed at the reason for this meeting.
After a minutes another hooded man walks in with the same red band on his hood and he sits down in the chair at the head of the table and he speaks quietly but with authority.
"I have assembled you all here to begin our movement to the surface, and move slowly out of the caves, woods, caverns, and holes. Our day has come to expand the Rogue Nation, and we will slaughter anyone who dares stand in the way. Our next meeting will be soon, until then you are to go to your respective Factions of the Rogue Nation and gather all you can everyone who will fight under the united flag of the Rogue Nation."
The man finishs speaking and the men nod "Yes of course Murdoc we will send word as soon as we gather our Rogues." Murdoc nods silently and stands up and proceeds out of the room and vanishs off into the shadows. Slowly the other eight return to their respective factions

And Murdoc of the Ninth and Final Blood Rogue Faction.

AS legand says, the day the Rogue Nation fights under the united flag again, they will ride with extreme power, pillage and blunder the countryside and reclaim their fame and fortune. The legand also says when the Rogue Nation roams again hell will follow with it.
