Sadira sat in the clutter of her home. Her eyes taking in all the boxes and misplaced items that were strung about. She grimaced slightly as the cooling agent the healer gave her was starting to wear off. She got up and moves to an area of about three boxes stacked.

"Where did I put that?"

She mutters to herself, only to find the vial a few moments later. She then proceeded to put the contents of the vial upon her abdomen and hands and neck. Each touch made her remember of that meeting. First place she had been too since her return without Zarlox. Poshe was there, so she felt abit safer. She sat looking upon the faces, some familiar others not so much. As the meeting started up, she settled back into her chair. This was one of the things she was use to..one of the things she missed. She listened with interest and she concentrated on the speakers. But that concentration broke when a smell crossed her smelling path. She cringed slightly at the odor, and looked about to see where it was coming from. Suddenly a man approached up to the front with a slosh sound to him. She watched the man, listened to his words. Isk...that name sounded familiar. Before she could put the name to a face, the man had exposed the multiple explosives that were strapped to him. Before a word could be uttered, there was a loud deafening sound and then yells and screams. She closed her eyes as she felt her exposed skin heating up. When she opened her eyes, she saw Poshe slammed against the wall and most people running towards Molly and Will. Sadira quickly got up as Zarlox face flashed in her mind, went to Poshe's side. She touched his armor without thinking and could feel the heat against her hands. She quickly with some effort got him up enough to where he could barely walk. Someone was nice enough to send a gate back to sanctus for her. Once there, she managed to help Poshe to the steps of the castle. She settled him down there, looked about to ensure nothing nasty was around before making a mad dash to Mreal manor. She had known James for a long time and she felt comfortable around him. She bursted through the doors and started to yell out. She went runningup the stairs, panting like a madman.

"Help....Poshe...explosion..."

The adrenalin that was coarsing through her veins was slowly running down. The men gathered there quickly asked her where, she couldn't talk so she had to show them where she laid Poshe down. They took Poshe and carried him to the manor. Sadira nearly collapsing on the couch, just watched as they tended to Poshe. Justice words broke that concentration as he began to ask her for details. She tried to recall most of what she could remember, not realizing her own burns. Of course they were no where near the extensive ones that Poshe received. She made her way back home, it was then she realized she had a few burns too, the worst ones on her hands. She went to a nearby healer and got something to put on them to help them heal. As the night grew darker, Sadira found herself curled into a corner. Memories of the meeting clashing with the memories of the Ebon Skull. That night they came into the city, when they knew Talon and his men had gone on a long adventure. The fire...the smell of burnt wood and skin. The cries still pierce Sadira's ears to this day. She was left in charge to keep the city safe....how could she? She didn't know how to handle a weapon, besides a frying pan. She didn't know the proper techinque to heal people. Her heart sank as she realized she let down the people of the city. She swore that day, she would do anything to ensure their safety. Little did she realize that day was around the corner as Bailos made his demands. Sadira reluctantly agreed to give the city to Bailos. He swore he would guard and protect the lives of those within it. Then there was the demand for her hand in marriage as well. She remembers thinking of only Zarlox whom she felt no matter how the deal was made...she would somehow disappoint him. But with the care of so many under her, she saw it the only way to save them. Talon and rest had gone in search of something...taking most if not all of the warriors with him. Of course Ebon Skull was not that active upon his departure, perhaps he felt as did Andreas Sanctus would be safe. Forgotten tears slowly flowed down Sadira's cheek at the memory of what had happen during her time as leader. Tears still filled with the pain of the look on Zarlox's face upon hearing of what she had done. So many times she came close to losing Zarlox...her heart still ached from the memory. Everything made her very reluctant to step out of the boundaries of Sanctus. The Royal court meeting was the first, and that made her want to go back into hiding. It wasn't til a new smell came to her, that completely broke the memories that held her so strong. Something...once again..burning.

"My Pies!"

She exclaimed as she quickly broke her transe and made a mad dash to the kitchen.

"Sadira are you truly ready to make your stance in Sanctus as an ambassador?"

She says to herself as she pulls out the burnt pies. She just shook her head.

"I have too...I can't let Bailos win. If I remain frightened, he wins."

So with a new determination as she set out once again rolling out the dough for the pie crust...she decided that she will not hide again.
