All military forces of the Shadow Conclave in Malas are to withdraw from their current positions and regroup in Umbra. The Shadow Conclave is barred from any offensive action in Malas and is restricted to the defense of Umbra and it's holdings.

The Daemon Lord Beleth is officially appointed Military Commander of the allied forces of the Shadow Conclave.

The Drow Confederacy is now a member of the Shadow Conclave and is bound by it's laws and regulations.

Patience has never been one Zararra Mayssysn's strong points. I could tell by the look in her glowing violet eyes that she was itching to fight, as Dinaxle'lin told her of the Shadow Conclave and their efforts to bring choas to the agents of order, or "Lightbringers", as they call them. She knew it would take a while for use to get our troops ready and prepared to bring about any real chaos to the agents of order, so she agreed to let the Lich Lord take the lead in the battles with the "lightbringers". "This will allow us to participate in the spread of chaos as we build our forces, Tis Lloth's will. Follow their commands in battle, as you would mine." she said as she walked past.
