Written in blood on the far table in Hanse's is a simple plea.

To the law of Sanctus,

Please re-allow the use of necromancy in the line of defending oneself. Tonight I was manhandled by an utter bore, and when requested help, the soldier on duty did naught. As he was not punished, he continued. I am afraid I lost my temper, so I write with his blood for my request. It is extreme, but then, so was his crime.

A person was assaulted by an unknown assailant and not assisted by an unknown Sanctus Soldier. This offense will be looked into. Abandonment is Illegal in our city! What is the name of this soldier?? Any information reguarding this matter will be rewarded.
