Polly walked into the TDB warehouse to pick up some more potion kegs for Tinkerbelle’s vendors. Olaff was pacing back and forth mumbling to himself. He looked up, saw Polly, and said, “Hi dere.” Then he rushed to her and begged, “Olaff not see Tink for a week. Has sumfin happen to Tink? Olaff not know what to do.”

Polly sat Olaff down, trying to figure out the best way to tell the big guy what happened to Tinkerbelle. “Olaff, I have some news for you that you are not going to like. Tinkerbelle was kidnapped not long ago and taken to be sacrificed as a virgin…”

Before she was able to go on, Olaff stormed out of the warehouse, kicking over the trash barrel on his way out. Polly tried to rush after him to stop him, but he disappeared from sight. Polly mumbled to herself, “I knew I should have started out with but she is alive.”

Olaff arrived at the TDB Keep after having heard of the sacrifice of the Lady Tinkerbelle. Entering the entry hall he violently flings his club and shield fully up the stairs. Pacing back and forth, he flings his fists about carelessly hitting the walls with more than a few of his punches. His breathing is forced and purposeful as is his rage. He strides for almost an hour in this state looking at the pictures of Tinkerbelle’s family that are on the wall. Finally, his pace slows and his steps are more measured.

Olaff mumbles, sometimes seeming to address the pictures of pixies hanging on the wall. Through his breath he rants, “Please let Olaff get hands around their scrawny necks.” A few steps further, “Olaff bet they’d snap like dry kindling. Olaff like that sound.” He turns taking a few steps and looks to the closest picture, “Olaff will destroy these heathens, these unmanly ones. Olaff will avenge.” Returning to walking to and fro he still makes more exclamations of Olaff will this and Olaff will that. None of these acts seemed typical as Olaff is usually of good nature. All indications are that some have found the way to Olaff’s wrath, a place they will hold for as long as he holds his friends dear.

Olaff finally tires after quite a while and slouches down in the back corner and sobs. How long he remains in this state is untold as he lost the ability to measure time, but finally Olaff slept. His sleep was neither sweet nor refreshing but did serve to return a measure of serenity to Olaff’s soul. Time will tell if Olaff will enact his revenge, time will tell.
