Due to your decree and your claim that Moonglow will be arrested if seen, we have decided to answer. Moonglow Town Council will be entering Dark Cove Wednesday evening. Armed.

Beowulf Thormear, Vice-Mayor of the Moonglow Town Council,

If any of the Moonglow Town Council enter Dark Order lands against the Decree, then you will be proving to us, and to the realm, that you are acting and becoming nothing more than a band of willfill lawbreakers with no consideration for anyone's laws other than your own.
And, if this total disregard for anyone's laws is indeed a fact about the Moonglow Town Council, then why did you even bother writing a letter of request when you knew you would be invading anyone who would deny your request?

A letter of apology for an offensive mistake you made, or thuggery?

Show everyone who and what the Moonglow Town Council really is then. An honorable foe, or unrluly brigands.

The Decree stands firm in OUR land, as will the Dark Order.
