*From the Journal of Riven Pit*

The supplies dwendle quickly when your cut off from the outside world. We are running desperately low on food, arrows, wood for the fortifications.

I recieved word back from Yew. Dispatched 2 scouts to bring back the needed supplies. Lord Sid has been most generous. We will have to sneek in the convoy in the late hours, I pray for all our sakes they are not intercepted.

We have to hold! If we can survive till the convoy arrives it will boost moral. That should give us enough time to muster the needed support for what is planned.

Desperate times, Desperate Measures.

We struck out this evening and built a small fortification outside the city. It should provide us with a forward base of operation and defensive out post. Have to give credit to Minoc's Mason's they work wonders with stone.

Sending in a small squad into Vesper this evening. Have to rally with our contacts there. Since Ollo's death, we have had little word. Luckly one of my own person contacts has made his way in, under the guise of a shipwright.

I'll go with the squad tonight. The warden can handle the Defense of the city. This has to be done, before the convoy can make it in. I have to get a head count on thier forces!

Fighting erupted everywhere. Made contact with the shipwright just in time. The ships will be ready in two days time. The Lady from Minoc has done much for her people. We are are nearly ready.

I will spend the next days contacting those that might be sympathtic to the Minoc cause and securing the fail safes.

I hope this sacrifice is worth it. Mistakes have been made. The cause cannot afford another.
