I was linked to the thread with the crazy RP pregnancy write-up, and noticed something in Ceridwyn's sig. Darrien appropriated his look!

Perhaps this may be dismissed as him simply changing his style, a coincidence of UO's limited equipment and evil looking clothing, but I am certain this is not the case. Darrien is attempting to sway the masses into submitting to his will by coming off as one of the previous more popular (read: sexier) liches!

I have an idea of what his plan was: He has tainted his own name so much he needed a new image to draw from that wouldn't say "I will betray you and eat your soul when you least expect it." After thinking, he carefully calculated the absence of the infamous OES warder style could easily be used. If anyone remembers the NOES civil wars, especially the first War of Clashing Egos where Bailos sought to steal the Ebon Skull, he was always thwarted by the support given the the Warder who had the unyielding support of his peers.

I see through your plan, Darrien. I concur, you are stealing Norture's look on purpose!

As further proof, I would like to point out how stylish Darrien usually dresses:

It seems quite out of place for him to suddenly be wearing straight Umbra-Stone-Navy. Very out of place indeed, it is too bland for him, too simple. He has no decoration even.

To fix this problem, I request that everyone boycotts Darrien brand products, including his hand cream product lines. Hopefully this will send the message to him that we will not tolerate him violating the union contract and stealing our look as a marketing scheme to steal more souls when they least expect it!

Needless to say, this post is done in jest. I am a very bored person.

Yeah, mine covered all my leet twink gear too, I had that stupid looking mage samurai chest piece arti. Even dyed, it looked bad.

And I realize the tone isn't exactly the same, I'm just surprised you went with such a simple look. Plus, I am very bored and don't feel like levelling in WoW right now and figured I'd say hello.

Darling, Azalin's look was vastly different. He used gray#928375, not navy#7741948.
