|
Usually I play good or neutral characters. I do have characters with Necro, and want to start roleplaying one as evil. Are there any evil guilds looking to recruit? And would you help me learn to be evil?
One is named G Maximus, elder mage and necro. Male Human. Never been roleplayed.
The other is Mischief, Legendary mage type going to be also legendary Necro, elder right now i think. Female Elf. Dread Lady, and has the monster Title Champion of Evil. She is also Blackrock infected. Has been Roleplayed to the extent used to serve as a guard for Regency Meetings, but is no longer associated with Light Bringers.
In addition both characters have homes in fel Northeast of Brit. One being a keep.
Advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. _________________ "Always speak the Truth even if it leads to your death." - Lord Godfrey |

Advice:
Name change for starters. Maybe soulstone to a char with a roleplay suitable name. This is always a big deciding factor for recruiters.
Also, you don't need necro to be a baddie. Not saying you think you do, just giving a heads up. Umbra has many blackguards, or dark paladins.
Umbra is always recruiting. |

Advice:
Consider what sort of "evil" befits you. Are you a kingdom builder who desires to be a part of a growing empire? Consider D|O. Is your character commited to the magical arts, arcane and lore? I have never been in her guild, but it seems Ceinwyn does a lot of that. At least what I have picked up from her RP posts. Not sure if Ncr is still around, but they are necromancers, too. Are you just a haphazard warmonger? If Orc was still around, I would suggest that.
Bare in mind that the communities idea of "evil" is something along the lines of "not good". If you aren't out for the well being of the world and "guilds of the light", chances are you are considered evil, or perhaps at least untrustworthy. You don't have the be a Lich Lord intent on sending Britannia to the Void to be a baddy. Consider what your characters goals are. Once you know who your character is, you can determine what guild aligns with those goals. Then join it. If that guild requires a name change, decide whether or not you are cool with that. If so, go ahead. If not, look elsewhere.
Edit: Whatever reasons you have, consider hiding them from the community at large. It is a lot more interesting when people don't know what really drives your character. Let people figure it out. I only say this as I read your post in the Lycan thread, and it is usually a little better when people don't know why someone acts the way they do. Obviously this doesn't mean all your actions require a hidden motive. But if he has a "secret", let people find it out through observation and questioning. _________________ Femmies?! HOWAH!
