Feeling somewhat better and a tad more level headed now that the fever has broken and the infection appears to have worked itself out of his body, Thomas pulls out his journal to make an entry.

Journal Entry -

1. Proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof.

2. Unless you can find some sort of loyalty, you cannot find unity and peace in your active living.

3. You do not lead by hitting people over the head-- that's assault, not leadership.

4. The first responsibility of a leader is to define reality. The last is to say thank you. In between, the leader is a servant.
