Anyone know what the code is to enter in run to see what starts up when you start the computer. I have a ton of programs starting at the start up and I don't know what over half of them are. I thought I'd ask this in here in case anyone else needs the help. Also, I know I'll forget next time I need it. Razz

msconfig

(only edit the startup tab - the other tabs should stay the same, and only remove programs you know are not needed, don't remove anti virus startup entries etc...)

Ooooh, thank you! I still don't know what some of the stuff is, but at least I got rid of ten programs starting up that I knew what they were and were totally useless.
