Article: Rules of the Game

Now, your first question is going to be 'Why the Hell is he linking me to an article on Magic? This is UO!' Well, take the time to read it and you'll find it surprisingly relevent to some of the major ranting that goes on here. Namely, about the rules of RP. I'm not going to summarize the article for the people that just want to comment without reading it, and I'm also going to request that if you post here read the article first.

I'm hoping that we can come to a tenative understanding on the rules, and hopefully put this one generator of problems out of the way until we can take care of other, more important issues.
