Hattori is a ninja, not an assassin, but one who sees the value of information. He has spent his life training for the purpose of gathering information, normally for the highest bidder, but as of late, he works for the Protectorate. Instead of working for payment, he works for a cause that he believes in, and he is very GOOD at what he does.

If anyone needs a spy, as long as their needs do not run contradictory to the needs of the protectorate, he is available for hire. His name will change, as will his appearance, and discretion is a way of life for him. He does nothing to draw attention to himself.
