To the honorable Empress of the Tokuno Empire,

Suilad Empress Anyai,

While I have heard great things of you and your people, I am afraid that we have never had the pleasure of actually meeting ourselves. I would like to take this opportunity to formally introduce myself, Alessandra Lious, emissary of the Northland Republic. I am assured that an intelligent and powerful woman such as yourself has heard of the recent events in our nation. We are currently meeting with various heads of nations, to meet with, introduce ourselves, and begin towards trade agreements between various nations, including yours.

I hear that Tokuno has some of the finest tea leaves in all of the known lands, and I would be very much honored if you would agree to an audience with yourself so that we might become aquainted with one another. I expect nothing at this time, other than time to introduce myself properly and to answer any questions that you and your nation may have at this time.

I was very pleased to receive your letter. I look forward to meeting with you at your convenience when you wish to visit Zento. Should you require any special arrangements please let me know and I shall be happy to arrange them.

Our Trade Minster, Lord Balin Hammerfell is always happy to speak to any on fair trades with our nation. I will arrange for him as well to meet you so that you can return to your superiors with information on our trade system.
