The Governor-Regent, under orders from the Royal-Council insists all able forces of the Britannian Protectorate's Loyalists and Allies are requested to do the following:

I.Set sail for Verity Island and remain one half of a mile from the shore-line for the duration of the week.

II.Send small contingents of troops onto Verity Isle and into Moonglow City to assist the Moonglow Militia with controlling the restricted zones.

III.In order to ensure the Royal Council's wishes are respected and carried out, Governor-Regent Garnier will be at the Council's orders setting up a temporary office of operations at the inn at Moonglow's Eastern Gate. Ample space for Protectorate forces meals, and rest have been provided there.
