The grave was as death is and the Toreador knelt before it. She was happy for Gianna's peace, jealous almost. For months she had wandered her lovely face and vacant eyes always looking for something, always searching for what was missing. Long ago the perpetrators of her hatred had been destroyed and Ary had slaughtered those that had brought such cruelty upon her young Gianna.

My sister, my little love, only nine years of life you lived, and though I tried to protect thee I failed...

Never again shall I let this madness consume me, a young vampire am I lost and alone, the one that created me long since gone, his punishment by the clan destruction. I destined to walk a lonely path and never have his love or yours again. Her hands now clung to the earth of the grave and bloody tears coarsed down Aryanna's cheeks.

The spirit of a child rose up from it and stared down with wide eyed innocence. Ary why are you crying? Will you forever mourn my freedom? Many have tried to ease your lonliness I have watched you push them away. Because they are not me? Because they are not your Sire? What of Shadow Skull? What of Mairsil and Imyrr? All your loyal friends you have turned from. What of the other, even he whom has shared your bed you turn from.... Ary's tears of shame and pity stopped her head lifted and the dark beautiful curls of her hair glided softly about her shoulders.

She whispered softly, Where should I go?

Bring me home Ary, bring me back to our great city, our families city. Bring me back to where I belong. I want to go home Ary...

So with desperate hands she clawed at the ground viciously the strength of her form empowering her and like a theif she stole her sisters corpse from the ground, surprisingly untouched it was, and Ary fled into the darkness of the night carrying the small childs body. She returned, she returned home to the great city of mages. To Winds...

There was where Gianna was laid to rest once more... He was there to greet her the great secret of the Trevigne family. It is time to resume your studies...Aryanna, Welcome home...
