Officials arrived on the scene today as two young girls were pulled from the wreckage of the crumbled Smythe home. Both children appearing to be between the ages of 5-7 were in stable condition though one child was unconcious and unresponisve. The other child, Zendella Smythe was tightly clinging to her sister Adara and had to be pryed from her sister so she could recieve a healers attention.

The little girl kept mumbling over and over *I broke the house* and sobbing incoherently. Strangely a small earthquake apparently shook this corner of the isle and caused the crumbling of the Smythe home.

One neighbor reported seeing the small child enter the house and a while later a loud sound followed by shaking walls led to the crumbling of the next door home. A mans body unknown and unidentified was found also inside the rubble but he was not of the Smythe family and young Zendella just shrieked and cried when questioned about the man.

Tim Strenmore, their next door neighbor alerted a small pack of miners who pulled the two young girls and the dead man from the wreckage.

Quote:
Tim Strenmore the only witness recounted what he saw: I saw the little mite enter the home, seen her here before, Smythe family has lived their a while. Been awful quiet of late, she waved to me as she entered. Next thing I know the house was crumbling and I was afeared mine would fall to.

One of the healers first on the scene who gave aid to the two girls, Ms. Se'Leraun, claimed both girls were well though one seemed to be battling a long term illness. Both girls would be given into the hands of their father as soon as he arrives. Word has been sent to Lord Smythe though no comment has yet been returned.
