I withdrew my fangs from the mortals neck, throwing the dead body over my shoulder. Such a fun task…A warning, a game… That was all my life was, a game.. A game of mice and ….vampire, and tonight quest given to me by Marius.

“Do what you wish,” he had told me. Not that he had ever needed to tell me that; I did what I wanted regardless. Covered in blood, my mouth, my neck, down my arms and chest… My eyes were glowing, I knew it, from the pure pleasure of my actions.

So I had began my task. I was hungrier than any other beast that night, as I set out for my quest. Bloodshed. Sanctus… what a beautiful thing. There, in the cover of night, I took my victims, nearly draining them dry, before leaving them on the doorsteps of each building. How many? Two or three per house…. But Castle Blackguard? That was special…

Six victims, left on their steps… body parts, of others, included, blood splattered against the outside wall….


It was a beautiful sight.
