I think perhaps everyone should undergo a refresher course on combat rules. It seems the last several battles have resulted in accidental killings and such. Perhaps a "group" meeting could be held to go over all combat rules? I will gladly host it at mazewood if desired. I know in the heat of battle sometimes things go wrong but maybe if we sit down calmly and talk it over when there is no combat we can smoothe out a few rough spots. And, I know everyone is thinking, we know the rules but maybe if we all sit down and talk it over we can be sure all are seeing the rules the same way and avoid future problems. _________________ aka: Tatiana Thorn nee Alexi; Summer Kane; Ivory Skyfire; and others |

Most wars in this community are world wars. and then arent taken seriously. out of charactor meetings should take place before all major battles, in game. and talk about rules, and what went wrong last time and so forth. I think if that happens life is good. _________________

Second deaths happen... people really need to just chill. Doesn't take much you go back for your corpse and and fight is going on maybe an area effect goes off or someone just targets an orange, when you have no armor on and low on health your probably one or two hits away from death. If people are so worried about dying twice they need to wait until the fight is over then go get their corpse.
About looting, again with insurance this shouldn't even be an issue. Someone loots some potions, pedals, aids, regs other non-insurables sure it sucks but it should be made into a big deal. Cursed items okay I can see the issue there that would really suck/piss someone off.
Guilds need to set things up ooc before battles with war councils and such, (before someone says it no it's not about scripting the fight), rules need to be discussed, especially if there are special rules for the event.
But I still think 90% of the complaining is people making a huge deal out of something so insignificant. People need to just relax. _________________
