Gallery of Origins is a restricted board?

I can view but not post there. It tells me in an error message I do not have access.

Oh on another subject wasn't tonight suppose to be the philosopher's rest tavern night?

I just tested it with a new user account and it works fine for me.

Checking the permissions, all of them are set to "registered", meaning if your logged in, you should be able to post there.

Are you trying to post a poll alongside the post by any chance?

So I am logged into the boards.
Went to new topic, typed in title, copy and pasted from word the brief bio, hit preview or submit makes not difference this is what I get:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access/forum/posting.php on this server
Additionally, 404 not found error was encountered while trying to use error document to handle the request.

apache/1.3.39 server at www.atlanticcommunityboard.com port 80

hopefully that will help. Not sure what else I can tell you.

first thing you should try is to get rid of all your cookies and any cashe you have for websites. Do a reboot and then open IE again. If that does not fix it then let me know. You may have a corrupt IE which has happened to me before.

I've tested it several ways, can you try and clear your cache using the methods in this post, depending on which browser your using.

At this point it gives me the same message to try to PM you. I cleared cookies all temp internet files... rebooted my pc.. still no luck

Ok, well tried an experiment.. if I type directly into it I can post.. I can NOT copy and paste. So apparently it has something to do with bring it in from Word and doing that.
