Let it be known to the Kingdom of Britannia and to the wider Sosaria that any act perpetrated by the Cappadocian Vampire clan within the borders of our domain, the Protectorate or her allies if not an act of valid defense, but rather offense during the duration of the legal proceedings presented to our Royal Presence by Emperor Tai Kwan Leap of the burning Empire regarding the slaying of Cappadocian Diplomats will be considered an act of the most severe aggression and will result in the invalidation of said legal proceedings and will be considered an act of blatent, intentional and severe disrespect upon the Royal-House Garnier.

**The Prince retains the right to decide what constitutes an act of "valid defense" and this decree is binding and legal so far as His Majesty pleases.

So it is written, so it must be done.
