Long story but I need to know, exactly how does one get into Old Haven? (The part with all the undead stuff in, because there seems to be absolutely no way in...)

Someone told me I had to have KR to get in so after hours of downloading, installing, patching, and going into the program and fixing all the bullcrap that EA can't seem to fix, I STILL couldn't get in!!!
