[Malic M'real]

Malic, Ivory, Davaran and Cinnamara sat in Hanses Hostel talking somberly with their only King. The King addressed his leaders as to his wishes. Shortly Spawn and Isk joined the not quite so crazy party. Everyone spoke quietly as each addressed the King and he returned his opinions. The evening quickly grew late and as The King began to walk out, he approached each of his loyal friends separately. Malic looked in to Talon's eyes as they shook hands warmly.

"Your return shall be swift and your Kingdom shall be prosperous sire!"

Talon nodded, "It is now your burden to bear Malic, I cannot help you. Trust in your council and trusted friends," Talons looked around the room as to identify such people. "I have faith and trust that you shall do fine"

With that Talon walked through the doors and headed out for his journey.

The next day Malic paced the halls of Castle Blackguard. Too many thoughts were passing through his head. Diplomacy, War, Commerce all in his hands, for now. Malic has been boisterous about the state of the Kingdom and his disappointment as to their numbers. There will have to be changes made and standards set, or rather enforced. Malic's only relief was the thoughts of his council and their ability. Ivory shall tend to the citizens well as Davaran shall strengthen the great Armies of Sanctus once more. Everyone shall do their part in Their King's absence. Talon shall return to a more powerful Sanctus with loyal allies and strong trade agreements.

Malic left the castle for the night and headed home to the Abbey.
"There is much organizing to do on the morrow," he thought, "for now, I rest, for rest is something I may not have for some time again"
