She had fallen into fitful slumber, dreams swirling in her head, ideas cramming her mind with thought. People, places and things rose up in her mind fitful memories of a decade or more of activity.

Her eyes awoke this morn with wary countenance a fear of light shining in her window but relief brought upon her by the ussual darkness of her homeland. She noticed her young son had crept in her room and slept on the floor at the foot of her bed. His night must have been waring to..

Rising her feet touched the cold stone floor of their room, Merci and Kel's and she smiled looking about the location. Walking to the bedstand she picked up the letter, from Kel, a signet of his love from days long ago. It was time to move forward. Perhaps he would catch up...

She shook her head and pulling out a scroll looked over a checklist wryly that she had penned just a few eves ago....

1. Two Bedrolls
2. Kindling
3. Your son
4. Strength and Determination
5. A memento from the Sepulcher, and Ceinwyn
6. As much armour as can be loaded into a pack horse.
7. As much weaponry as can be loaded into another packhorse
8. Potions for aid-cure, heal ect...
9. Bandages
10.Food and rations
11. Ale for when we get cranky...

She chuckled, looking over the list and smiling she awoke her son. It would be a hard day leaving Umbra, but new challenges await, and she was always there with them she was never really gone....
