Cal Hurst called for an immediate gathering of Moonglow citizens and militia to make an emergency announcement. The following speech was transcribed by various reporters, and posted at other bank bulletins around the world.



Citizens and Militia of Moonglow,

I wish I could address you on nicer terms, but an act of war was acted against Moonglow on Moonglow soil less than one hour ago. A member of the Legion of Honor traveled to Moonglow, and found Corporal Malicite. The Legion of Honor member spoke of Moonglow's allegiances to the Cappadocians, and then attacked Corporal Malicite on the spot. The two battled for some time, until Malo, the leader of the Legion of Honor, came and attacked Malicite as well. After holding them off, Warden Spawn and Guard Captain Sarian showed up, and the three made very quick work of the opposition. Moonglow suffered no casualties.

This act of war was delivered upon Moonglow soil not 24 hours after the Lady Molly of House Gauntlet came to Moonglow on behalf of the Lord Regent, and encouraged us to remain neutral in the coming battle for Britain. Whether this act was independent of the Lord Regent's wish or not is undetermined at this time, but it is my belief that the Legion of Honor was acting independently of the Protectorate.

Citizens, Militia, I urge you all to be on guard. Moonglow is now at war.
